Terms &
Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of sole96.com (the “Website”) and your purchase, booking, and participation in classes, workshops, masterclasses, private lessons, packages, and related services offered under the SOLE 96 brand by Sofya Solodkova LLC (“SOLE 96,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, making a booking, purchasing services, or participating in a SOLE 96 activity, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and Eligibility
SOLE 96 provides dance instruction and related services, including group classes, workshops, masterclasses, private instruction, packages, and content-related activities. Class formats, instructors, locations, schedules, capacity, choreography, music, and other details may vary. Participants are responsible for ensuring that a class is appropriate for them.
Classes are for participants aged 16 and over. We do not accept participants younger than 16.
SOLE 96 may request a participant’s date of birth for age verification, class eligibility, and to determine whether parent or legal guardian consent is required. A participant aged 16 or 17 may take part only once a parent or legal guardian has completed the required consents and the participation agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the required booking process and payment are completed. Online booking and payment may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change for future purchases. You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information, including an accurate date of birth when requested.
2.1 Class communications
By booking, you agree that SOLE 96 may contact you by phone, text message, email or Telegram about the classes and programs you have booked — schedules, locations, changes, class materials and recordings. These messages are part of the service. They are not advertising, and SOLE 96 will not send you promotional messages on these channels without your separate consent.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
To preserve the value of a booking, a participant must cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When timely notice is provided, the amount paid for that booking may be applied as a credit toward another available SOLE 96 class occurring within 30 days of the originally scheduled class. A booking may be rescheduled only once. If the participant cancels, misses, or requests another reschedule after the booking has already been transferred once, the credit and payment are forfeited. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit, except where required by law.
4. Class Packages and Programs
Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by SOLE 96. An 8-class package expires 60 days after purchase. A 4-class package, if offered, expires 30 days after purchase. Unused classes remaining after the applicable expiration date are forfeited. Package terms displayed at checkout will apply to any package not specifically described in these Terms.
4.1 The Closed Group program
The Closed Group is a four-week program entered by selection. It includes open group classes, closed group sessions, choreography development and rehearsal, and a final content shoot, as described at the time of booking.
The Closed Group program fee is non-refundable. A participant who withdraws from the program after it has begun, for any reason, is not entitled to a refund of any part of the fee, except where required by law. The place cannot be transferred to another person.
A missed Closed Group session is treated the same way as any other missed class under Section 3: with at least 24 hours’ notice, it may be carried over to another available SOLE 96 class taking place within 30 days. A closed group session missed without timely notice is forfeited.
5. Changes or Cancellations by SOLE 96
SOLE 96 may change an instructor, studio, location, class time, class format, or other operational detail when reasonably necessary. If SOLE 96 cancels a class, affected participants may be offered a transfer, account credit, rescheduling option, or refund, as determined by SOLE 96 and consistent with applicable law.
6. Physical Activity, Assumption of Risk, and Safety
Dance is a physical activity and involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. Participants are responsible for evaluating their own ability to participate safely, following instructor and studio safety directions, using appropriate footwear and clothing, and stopping activity when necessary. Participation is voluntary. Nothing on the Website or in a class constitutes medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants acknowledge and assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with dance participation. A separate participation agreement and release of liability is presented during registration and must be completed before a participant’s first class.
7. Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, studios, and other participants and must follow reasonable safety and facility rules. SOLE 96 may refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or materially interferes with a class. Refund eligibility in such circumstances will be determined consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Choreography, Materials, and Intellectual Property
The SOLE 96 name, branding, Website content, instructional materials, original graphics, class concepts, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to Sofya Solodkova LLC. Participation in a class does not transfer intellectual-property rights to a participant. Personal practice and personal social-media sharing of a participant’s own class footage are generally permitted unless otherwise stated, but SOLE 96 materials may not be commercially reproduced, sold, represented as another instructor’s work, or used to market competing instruction without permission.
9. Photography and Video
Classes may include designated filming or photography periods. Permission for SOLE 96 to use a participant’s identifiable image, likeness, voice, or recorded performance for marketing or promotional purposes will be addressed through a separate photo/video consent presented during booking or registration. For a minor, any required promotional-use consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Declining optional promotional-use consent does not, by itself, authorize another participant to disregard a person’s reasonable privacy or studio rules.
Separately from promotional use, the filmed run at the end of each choreography is shared with the people who attended that class, by a private link. Participants receive it so they have a record of their own work.
10. Website Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse booking or payment systems, submit fraudulent information, or copy or exploit Website content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
11. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe for booking and payment processing. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SOLE 96 is not responsible for a third party’s independent systems or practices except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services and Website content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SOLE 96 does not guarantee a particular dance result, skill level, fitness outcome, content result, or class availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sofya Solodkova LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
