This Privacy Policy explains how Sofya Solodkova LLC, operating under the SOLE 96 brand, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with sole96.com, inquiries, bookings, payments, and related services.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number or other contact information, questions or messages, class interests, preferences, requests, booking details, and other information you choose to submit. We use date of birth for purposes such as age verification, determining eligibility for particular classes or services, and determining whether parent or legal guardian consent is required. When appropriate, we may also collect information relating to a parent or legal guardian for a minor participant.
2. Booking and Payment Information
Booking and payment functionality is expected to be integrated with Stripe. Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by Stripe rather than stored by SOLE 96. We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, date, booking reference, customer details, and limited payment information needed to administer a booking. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to information it processes independently.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide information about requested classes; process and administer bookings; confirm payments; communicate schedule, location, class, cancellation, or rescheduling information; provide customer support; understand class preferences and demand; maintain business records; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and operate, protect, and improve SOLE 96 services.
3.1 Class-related communications
We use the contact details you give us — including your phone number — to send information about the classes and programs you have booked: schedules, locations, changes, class materials and links to class recordings. We may do this by phone, text message, email or Telegram. This is part of providing the service and does not require separate consent. We do not use these details to send you advertising or promotional messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
4. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, we may send communications about SOLE 96 classes, schedules, events, or services when you have requested them or otherwise provided any consent required by law. You may opt out of promotional email communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting info@sole96.com. Transactional or booking-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
5. Photo and Video Information
If you separately consent to promotional photo or video use, SOLE 96 may collect, store, edit, publish, and use approved photographs or recordings in accordance with that consent. Promotional consent for minors must be handled through a parent or legal guardian where required.
5.1 Class recordings
Separately from promotional use, each choreography ends with a filmed run. That recording is shared with the people who attended that class by a private link, hosted on Google Drive and sent to them directly or in the class Telegram group. The link is not published on this Website or anywhere public.
Google acts as a storage provider for these recordings and processes them under its own terms. If you would rather not appear in a class recording at all, tell the instructor before the class and you will be kept out of frame.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
This Website does not currently set cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on it. Fonts and other page assets are served from this Website itself rather than from a third-party network.
As the Website develops, cookies or similar technologies necessary for site operation, booking, security, preferences, analytics, or integrations may be added. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a particular technology, SOLE 96 will provide the appropriate mechanism, and this Policy will be updated to identify material third-party analytics or advertising services that are implemented.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Website and business, such as booking, payment, website hosting, file storage, communications, studio, technical, or professional-service providers, only as reasonably necessary for their functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. Payment providers and other independent third parties are not controlled by SOLE 96.
7.1 Class group chats
We add participants to a private Telegram group for their class or program, where class details and studio addresses are posted. Other members of the group see your name and Telegram username, but not your phone number unless you have chosen to show it in your Telegram settings. You can choose not to join, or leave at any time, and still receive class information directly. Telegram is operated by a third party and processes messages under its own terms.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may vary by type of information.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children and Minors
Classes are for participants aged 16 and over, and we do not accept participants younger than 16. The Website is not intended to solicit personal information directly from children.
Where a participant is aged 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian completes the booking, the participation agreement, and any photo or video consent, and the contact details we hold are the parent’s. Consent given by a parent or guardian may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
For participants aged 16 or 17, class communications go to the parent or guardian. A participant under 18 is added to a class group chat only with the permission of their parent or guardian.
11. Your Privacy Choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
